Hi, I’m Emily! I’m an aunt, dog mom to two sassy Shih Tzus (Gatsby & Franklin), and a Minnesota transplant now living in Chicago. For over five years, I’ve been immersed in the wedding industry supporting talented wedding artists on the admin side and now working as a venue manager.

Creativity has always been at the heart of who I am. I’ve loved DIY projects for as long as I can remember, and I’ve always had a soft spot for flowers. At the beginning of 2025, I decided to try my hand at growing my own cut flowers on my little balcony. Pairing those blooms with locally grown and store-bought flowers, I began creating arrangements just for my home and quickly realized how much joy it brought me.

Now, I’m diving deeper into learning floral design and flower growing to see where this journey might lead. Whether it stays a passion project or blossoms into something bigger, I’m excited to keep creating, learning, and surrounding myself (and others!) with flowers.
